A bright Texas university student named Anthony is faced with threats from his professor, who lies about the student to protect himself. He goes so far as to send Anthony to a psych ward to protect his own reputation, while branding the student as certifiably insane. Even Anthony's parents do not believe him, due to his family history of manic depression. In the meantime, the young man lives a crazy life, and truly experiences both the highest highs and the lowest lows. Madness: Based on a True Story takes a chilling look into the world of truth and madness. Anthony Andrew says these events are based on truth, which I lived and never want to experience again. I had a very hard time writing this novella simply because I don't want to think about these horrifying events ever again. However, I have completely moved past everything that has happened to me, and do not wish ill fortune on anyone portrayed in this book. This story is completely intended for entertainment and is not meant as any sort of revenge. Madness is not meant to make people feel bad, but instead to inspire people and entertain people for a 100-page roller coaster ride, unlike any other book on the market today.
