Maddy Monday and Lizzie the Cheetah is the seventh in a series of children's books, which follow a young girl's running adventures on the bridge near her windmill house. In her adventures, Maddy meets magical, strange, and often amusing creatures and people who help her learn important lessons, all while having fun and keeping fit and healthy. In this adventure, Maddy meets an African big cat running on her bridge, a Cheetah named Lizzie. Lizzie struggles to run slow, so she teaches Maddy some useful lessons in running fast... Maddy loves Monday as much as she loves to run, and she loves to find ways to help people face the most dreaded of days with a smile.
