Written in a journal format, My Notebook the IT, is a nonfiction collection of prose poetry directed towards the IT-the plight that keeps the author enslaved.

There's too much going on in this book cover, of course, there is. This cover is symbolic of what's happening to my pitiful, damaged brain. It turns red when IT, the atrocity, cuts me deeply, and it flips to black when I'm almost done. IT is the snakes that strangle me throughout the night, and while the bats and bitches bite me, the leeches and vampires drain me. The witches are the worst-sending more. If your mind has been living in imprisonment, you are not alone. Let me help you tap into your divine energy. We're in this together.
