It was time to really examine my life and deep emotions, which I could finally touch after undergoing intense transformation from 2008 to 2016. This project took me to the depths of my soul, to a place I was not prepared to go in 2008. As I started writing, memory took me back to my childhood and life in China. After thirteen years of intense training, I had gained so much metaphysical knowledge. It provided a foundation which enabled me to understand my life from the perspective of why, how, what and who. With this perspective, I was prepared to shed conditioning and face my emotions on a soul level as I confronted the task of understanding my childhood experiences. I was able to finally see the root and source of my many deep ingrained fears, insecurity, negative thinking, emotional patterns and habits. I wrote slowly and allowed myself to experience introversion and introspection so that I could look into myself with total honesty and acceptance.
