Around four years have passed since I have started writing poems. By now, I have written around 400 poems and 225 of them have been published in three separate books of mine, each containing 75 poems. This is my third book. This book holds even more poems which I have selected after much thought and consideration. The poems in this book are all about all the deeply-rooted festivals we joyously celebrate and nature, which is integral for our survival on this planet. Most of the poems are about day-to-day situations in our lives which are seemingly mundane, but hold deep significance once we think about them. It is during those periods of deep thought and reflection when most of the poems were born. It is because of that that I decided to title this book Musings through Poetry Poems just naturally kick in when I am in deep thought. It is impossible for me to think without poetry. Writing poems has improved my skill of expression and provided an outlet for my thoughts. Writing poems will forever remain one of my favourite ways to express myself.
