The book is not only a musical history but also a personal reflection on the role of music in society and the human experience. Rolland's passion for music is evident throughout the book, and he argues that music has the power to transcend language and cultural barriers, bringing people together in a shared emotional experience.Overall, A Musical Tour Through The Land Of The Past is a beautifully written and insightful book that will appeal to anyone with an interest in music history, culture, and society.
