M.E. Yud was a stranger in a strange land. Be it home, church or school, Yud struggled to fit in with the world around him. The only place he ever felt truly at home was on the muck farm pulling onions and radishes with southern migrants. The story takes place from 1966 to 1970, a time when Yud's mind was opened to music, art and life by a most unlikely hero known as the Eggman. For Yud the muck was a gateway to a secret world where wandering souls crossed paths on the mystical back roads of the outer muck. After an unexpected visit to the Great City with his new friend, Angel, Yud goes back home to confront his nemesis the Rock Star once and for all. Follow Yud on his long journeys into the night during that magical time just before darkness turns to dawn. Experience the excitement, sorrow and joy of a young man seeking redemption in this unique coming of age tale.
