Together they share a charming verse and rhyme that aims to teach kids the value of good character. Included in this book are lessons in:
- Being respectfulCaring about othersAccepting differencesActing with responsibilityHelping family and friendsWorking hard
Miss Grace and Winifred aspire to remind kids to always do what is right, even when no one is watching. These lessons provide a foundation for pro-social behavior that will serve kids well throughout their lives.
Included in this book are activity pages that help children reflect on what they've learned and identify their strengths and areas they might need to improve. This book is ideal for young readers and for educators or parents who are looking for a way to introduce their children to character education. Character education, lessons in how to treat people, act, and respond to others, is just as important as other aspects of education and this book can provide an excellent starting block to help kids learn and grow in values and virtues.
