This story is a journey of transformation and growth, covering my biographical pilgrimage from France into Spain during the European Summer of 2015.

As I walk the 'Arles Way' Camino path towards Santiago, everything I once held sacred and special is stripped away when I open myself up to a new stream of living and thinking. Everything I thought I previously knew is replaced with an inner knowing that I really 'know' nothing. The relinquishing of this ego 'knowingness', helps create a whole new space of awareness - an awareness that by tapping into our inner heart wisdom, fear and self-doubt don't exist anymore. Love, light and consciousness are all that is real.

After a broken marriage, still grieving the loss of a close family member and feeling unfulfilled in my semi-depressive corporate career, a chance meeting with an inspiring writer helped place me on this road to transformation. Meeting with a shaman and the subsequent connection to a Divine Mother that it brings, persuades me to leave work and agree to walk from Arles to Santiago, approximately 1,650 km, between June and September 2015.
