It presents talents as the main factor for achieving better civilization. The problem of man and his society is holding unto primitive mentality which has affected the way he lives and his worldview. And this is overcome by progressive civilization through the light of the knowledge of talents. It lays down sets of principles that furnish talents with capacities to solve the problems associated with primitive mentality in modern society which assumed magical significance in the past. It shows how people in the ancient times engaged talents in the production of tools, wares and development. It teaches how talents can skillfully culminate into the development of modern tools for the advancement of the course of modern civilization. It discusses how civilization functioned and fettered from BC to AD, the notable one been Hamitic civilization led by Nimrod a leader born by Cush. It reveals that talent is a measure of gift from God which makes the gifted men mystery, and how to harness this mystery.
