Topics such as shape, pattern, symmetry, balance, movement, and visual illusion emerge naturally through conversation and reflection.
Created by a mathematics educator and artist, Math Behind the Art supports inquiry-based learning in classrooms, libraries, museums, and homes. The book includes a short Try-It activity, a glossary of key terms, and access to a free companion guide for teachers and caregivers that offers additional support and facilitation ideas.
