When we receive Jesus in Holy Communion, we're united with Him in a special way, filling our hearts with His love and strength.
At the end of Mass, we are sent out to share God's love with others through our actions. The Mass is a gift that brings us closer to God and reminds us to love and serve others just as Jesus did. By coming to Mass, we are part of a wonderful community that celebrates and lives out God's love together.
