There's something wrong with Maple Ridge Mall. At least according to serial slacker Scott Novak. After being fired from his latest job, he is forced to hunt for a new one at the mall itself. He quickly discovers that his fears were justified: the mall is home to dangerous supernatural horrors.

Learning that he and his loved ones are in danger from unnatural forces, he teams up with a paranormally savvy mall cop, A-Scott, to combat the many threats that the shopping center has to offer. Together, they seek to solve a mystery that alternates between reality and a world of dreams.
