What has been prepared with this book is a line by line Transliteration and Translation of Mafaatihu-l Bishri Wa-l Amni Wa-l Jannah Fii-s Salaati Wa-l Tasliiman 'Alaa Muqiimi-s Sunnah, or in English; Keys to Glad Tidings, Security, and Paradise through Prayers upon the Establisher of the Sunnah. It was my intention to Transliterate Cheikh Ahmadou Bambas works for those who may not be able to read the Arabic yet. Also to Translate these same texts into English so that they can be understood by English Speakers like the Murid and Baye Fall in America whose first language was not Arabic.

Mafaatihu-l Bishri Wa-l Amni Wa-l Jannah Fii-s Salaati Wa-l Tasliiman 'Alaa Muqiimi-s Sunnah by Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba is 374 verses, 5 Chapters and exactly 1420 Prayers upon the Prophet (pbuh). In English, its title translates to mean Keys to Glad Tidings, Security, and Paradise through Prayers upon the Establisher of the Sunnah. It is reported that whomever reads or recites this Qassida regularly will receive Spiritual Benefits in This World and The Next. Even Serigne Abdou Qadr who was a Son of Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba and 5th Caliph said: He who learns Mafaatihu-l Bishri is like a newly born Prophet. He has not the slightest sin.
