Loving you is a 40 day Self-Study journal that encourages the writer to practice daily asanas, gratefulness, scripture and affirmations to create a state of peace and love in their heart. I created this journal for those looking to dig deeper in their yoga practice, stretch their faith and begin a daily mindfulness routine. I believe loving yourself begins with understanding the love God desires for us. Loving yourself is creating an atmosphere of calm through breath, movement and God's Word in order to live a life of love. Asana is commonly translated as yoga postures. Asana is a Sanskrit word that translates to your seat, therefore your daily asana can be a seated meditation or completing a sequence of yoga postures. I have included open space to write statements of gratitude and a space to write down scriptures and affirmations. The Loving You journal is best completed after reading scripture or devotional and after your daily asana practice. I designed this journal with 3 blank spaces to draw, write or create, allowing enough room to record what you discover from within. Create your own path and your own lines. Use this open space to fill the page with your prayers, thoughts, art or goals; anything in your mind let it out in that empty space.
