In 1760, Abegail Smith is hoping to reunite with her father in America. During the long journey from London the ship capsizes in a severe storm. Managing to encircle an empty keg, she rides out the storm. As she is pushed ashore onto unfamiliar land, Abegail has hope of finding the locals and a solution on how to get to Boston.
