Jess, Jeremy, and Amanda grew up under the Ice-Scape Dome. The Dome housed a complete, climate-controlled ecosystem for scientific study. As they approach their sixteenth birthdays, though, the experiment concludes, and they are sent to school in New York City where they must face the realities of life as an American teenager.
