Life continues to teach me how to build leadership characteristics. There is always room for improvement; the road to learning never ends. It is something that should continuously evolve and be practiced. We must understand that no one is perfect. Therefore, striving to achieve excellence shows your ability to not just know better, but to do better. This is expected in the secular environment and in ministry. What do you do when no one else is watching? What choices are you making when you think no one else will ever find out? If manipulation and compromising your values and truth are used in leadership development, it will come at a high cost that will sacrifice your character. Would you want someone to lead you with those characteristics?
Good Leadership matters. Good Characteristics matter. Let's make a conscious effort to normalize it.
