This Activities Training Manual is one of four modules (Red, Orange, Blue and Green), designed to teach organizational leadership to 5- to 9-year-olds. It includes over 30 project-based, peer-led activities. Leader qualities in the Blue Module include integrity, confidence, recruiting and vision. Methods are modeled after executive training but age-sized for children. The designer is Alan E. Nelson, EdD, a global leader in your leader identification and development. These materials are used internationally, focusing on teamwork and more importantly, how to lead teams.
