About the book: In 1878 after a tough winter, Lane Jackson decides to give up cattle ranching and give prospecting a try on his brother's mining claim near Virginia City, Nevada. On his way to Virginia City, Lane gets framed for the murder of a deputy marshal in Wild Horse.
