With encouragement from an unexpected muse and the loyal, eccentric regulars who treat the bar like a second home, Papa begins to question the mythology he has inherited.
Local Annie's follows one man's late-in-life reckoning as he risks disappointing the ghosts of his past to claim the music that has always been waiting inside him.
