Ciao, sono Santino Pani. In 55 anni ho fatto di tutto, da barista a venditore porta a porta, a badante, viaggiando e vivendo per 20 anni all'estero, dove ho fatto il fotoreporter per 10 anni; E ora faccio lo scrittore; In L'incompreso trovate una storia sconvolgente, dove metto nero e crudo il malessere dell'Italia.
Tornato in Italia, senza un soldo, e senza casa, mi ritrovo di nuovo a riiniziare tutto da capo; a cercare lavoro e casa; Dove mi hanno portato le mie lunghe esperienze? Ma in realtà , chi sono io?
L'incompreso ripercorre i passi di questi miei ultimi anni che sto ancora percorrendo, in una continua ricerca di me stesso. Mentre scrivo, la vita si evolve, le strade e gli orizzonti cambiano, e forse anche il mio modo di pensare e punto di vista assumono nuove forme.
In L'incompreso, parlo di questi ultimi 6 anni che sto ancora vivendo; parlo del covid, e della Brexit, che a me ha dato solo l'alternativa di lasciare il Regno Unito; parlo delle mie esperienze da barista, del camping in cui ho lavorato, e degli hostel dove ho vissuto; Infatti da 6 anni, vivo girando da un'hostel all'altro, in attesa di trovare una casa; parlo anche di bullismo, e sessismo, del mio lavoro come venditore di luce e gas porta a porta per una società a dir poco discutibile, la quale, nell'ufficio di Milano è stata anche protagonista di un'indagie in Le Iene;
Continuo poi con le mie due ultime esperienze da badante per due disabili, uno down di 70 anni, e un epiletico di 65 anni; I problemi non me li hanno creati I disabili, stranamente, ma I loro familiari, e - nell'ultimo caso - uno stesso badante che mi chiese di sostituirlo, perchè anche lui malato;
