The colorful birds disappear, gray birds begin to follow him advising Henry to make even more sad choices, and the comfort of his invisible umbrella fades away.
As Henry struggles with guilt, fear, and loneliness, he learns an important truth: honesty bring peace. With the loving guidance of his parents, Henry finds the courage to confess, apologize, and make things right. When he tells the truth, his peace returns, the colorful birds reappear, and the invisible umbrella shines brightly once again in his mind.
