From soaring flights in a yellow airplane to learning to ride a blue bicycle, from swimming lessons in the creek to motorboat rides where a little girl got to take the wheel, Daddy Bob found a thousand ways to say, I am here, and I love you. He handcrafted a sea serpent puppet to make Leslie laugh, surprised her with a baby rabbit named Little Gray, and rescued a tiny owl from the winter snow. Together, they built snowmen, hiked through the woods, and learned day by day how to smile again.
And then, on an unexpected journey, Daddy Bob met someone new. Her name was Sherry Lynn, and like all the best things in life, she arrived at just the right moment. Slowly, gently, she became part of their story and on a beautiful day, with Leslie standing close by, she became Momma Lynn.
