What if listening meant more than hearing words?
When Mir the Meerkat meets Eddy the Hedgehog, he discovers that even though they are both autistic, they communicate and experience the world in very different ways.
Mir uses spoken words. Eddy is non-verbal and communicates through pictures, gestures, expressions, sounds, and movement.
As their friendship grows, Mir learns an important lesson: everyone communicates - we just have to learn how to listen.
Through friendship, challenges, boundaries, and understanding, Mir and Eddy learn that compassion doesn't mean ignoring hurt, asking for space is okay, and every child deserves to feel heard, safe, respected, and understood.
Learning Focus: Autism - Non-Speaking Communication - Emotional Regulation - Personal Boundaries - Safety - Empathy - Friendship
Because friendship doesn't need one kind of voice; it needs people willing to listen.
