It is in the stillness of the moment When time is quietly pausing, waiting. It is in the soft darkness of the endless night. It is in the quiet of the early morning light. When nothing is moving, stirring. It is then that missing you Comes in creeping, conquering completely ... Within a lifetime filled with both happy and tragic experiences, MariaElena explores deep feelings of grief, happiness, love, and sorrow through her first collection of poetry. MariaElena-who has unfortunately suffered unimaginable losses-shares poignant poems that invite others on a journey into her heart as she learns to accept what she cannot change, contemplates why life is such a mystery, and embraces the face of love. Throughout her compilation accompanied by beautiful photographs, MariaElena offers a unique perspective on a life where, although nothing is ever certain, joy can still be found in the simplest of moments. Life Passages leads others on a lyrical journey through one woman's life as she learns to grieve, love, and embrace all she has been given.
