The Life of the Reverend Rowland Hill is a biography written by Edwin Sidney, chronicling the life of the prominent English preacher and evangelist, Rowland Hill. The book provides a detailed account of Hill's upbringing, education, and religious conversion, as well as his career as a preacher and his impact on the evangelical movement of the 18th and 19th centuries. Sidney's biography draws on a wide range of sources, including Hill's own writings, letters, and sermons, as well as contemporary accounts and historical records. The book offers a fascinating insight into the life and work of one of the most influential figures in British religious history. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
