The reason behind this book is to show humor can be found in nearly everything. I've worked in the customer service industry for more than twenty years, so needless to say, I have witnessed a lot that have entitled, ignorant, and arrogant people in their natural environment. It's thanks to these people that I have been able to sharpen my sarcasm. It was only recently though that some coworkers convinced me to start writing down the comments to keep them for future laughter.
