Well, if you've read Libby Sk8er Girl: Subtitle One, you would probably already know that there isn't actually that much in the way of...um...continuity? It's not like I've got an epic, ongoing saga that you need to read in order to understand. (If I did, I would probably recommend starting with the fourth volume.) Nonetheless, I'm glad you're here.
If this is your first exposure to me, then welcome! Don't worry, I don't bite (nor does my new Dalmatian, Zebra).
