Let's Celebrate Confirmation! How the Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit Lead to Sainthood explores each of the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit and inspires teens and pre-teens to greatness by llustrating how God's priests, prophets and kings lived them out. Pre-teens and teens explore the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit received in Baptism and strengthened in Confirmation, and confront what each gift might mean for their daily lives. Readers are instructed on popular approved Catholic devotions, including the Holy Rosary, Divine Mercy Prayers, the Miraculous Medal and Carmelite Scapular, to cultivate these gifts and answer God's call to sainthood. This easy-to-access book explains each gift in a way that pre-teens and teens can understand and explains how kids can become more like Christ by imitating the saints. Let's Celebrate Confirmation! is written and illustrated to engage and inform pre-teens and teens. The concepts are reinforced by dramatic and engaging pictures modeled after the works of the masters, but with a graphic novel feel. A go-to resource for articulating the great mysteries of our faith in a way teens and pre-teens can appreciate, Let's Celebrate Confirmation! is a valuable gift for anyone who received Confirmation, an invaluable addition to a confirmation preparation, catechetical curriculum or any family's book collection!
