The words Let My people go have echoed within my spirit for many years, reaching back to the early 2000s. These words carry the weight of one of the greatest deliverance moments recorded in Scripture - the liberation of Israel from the grip of Egypt. God raised Moses as His messenger, commanding Pharaoh to release His people so they could leave bondage behind and worship Him freely. While God's people are no longer under the rule of a physical Pharaoh, many remain trapped under spiritual oppression. This book, Let My People Go: Exodus Out of Religious Entrapment, is a call to awaken the Church and to recognise the difference between religious captivity and the glorious freedom found in Christ. As explored throughout my other works, especially the Perilous Times series, we are not called to follow a mere religion - we are called into a living faith built upon an intimate relationship with a living and loving God. God is calling His people out of the bondage of man-made religion: the systems, traditions, programmes, doctrines, agendas, and human philosophies that have replaced the simplicity and power of genuine faith. Religion seeks to control and dominate, but relationship with God restores identity, releases purpose, and reveals the believer as a true son and daughter of the Most High. It is time to break free from every chain of religious entrapment. It is time to leave behind the Egypt of spiritual captivity and step into the promised land of freedom, identity, authority, and intimacy with God. Jesus did not come to establish another system of bondage - He came to set the captives free. The exodus has begun. The question is: Will you answer the call to come out?
