This avoids assumptions and focuses on meeting the needs of those we serve.
The 12 mistakes we make as leaders and the inclusive practices we can use to remedy them are not exhaustive. This book offers leaders a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) resource to navigate real-life challenges, manage biases, improve communication, and cultivate cultures of belonging.
