The book or article is an attempt through a layman lens to understand the biggest challenges which my country has been facing and its probable solutions. The challenges listed in the book are not in the order of its severity or occurrence however are a vital few which would pave path for an overall development of the motherland. The content will not provide data sets, analytics, research papers or a comparative view of now and then.
It is a work which another layman, political representative, scientist, economist etc would be able to relate to if they are willing to see a solution oriented outcome. The rise of social media, numerous discussion forums and television shows focus more on the current events and have a short term memory loss across the board.
The challenges never see a root-cause fix or prevent it from recurring rather it's a temporary patch fixed over it which is bound to erode in due course of time. The social media is another platform to gain fake popularity, vent out frustration and meaningless conversations on isolated topics bound to fade in the shortest time you may imagine.
The political front of any country for that matter is another game plan and mixture of promises for improvement running through handpicked challenges from past, present, freebees & a promise of bright future prospects. None of the political representative or manifestos of the political party wants to do a root cause fix and ensure few challenges would never reappear in the country. On the other hand in corporate, manufacturing, aviation, Healthcare etc there is no scope of error reoccurrence through standard protocols, quality check, governance and use of so many other tools and practices.
Let me come back to the content of the book which would try to provide a simple implementable solutions to the challenges that we have been facing for long and encourage holistic topic discussions not just standalone incidents with shorter memory recall.
