At eighteen, Getasetegn Bishaw walked into a church office braced for condemnation. He was told he was loved instead, and slept for twelve hours that night after months of insomnia. He founded VOX CHRISTI Ministry at twenty, in a church compound, with twelve chairs and two or three people. More than seventy people have since come through sustained one-on-one discipleship out of addiction, depression and religious exhaustion.
This book is the teaching that carried them.
The thesis is simple and it changes everything: the Mosaic law was a word that had to be performed by God's nation. The law of grace is a working word that only has to be believed - and then it performs on the believer's behalf.
Across forty-three chapters, worked from the Greek and Hebrew and preached before they were written, this book maps what actually changed at the cross and what did not:
