Joannis Veslingii Syntagma Anatomicum est opus magnum anatomiae, quod anno 1647 editum est a Veslingio, Johanne, medico et professore Germanico. In hoc libro, Veslingius omnes partes corporis humani describit et dissecat, et multa nova inventa et observationes afferit. Syntagma Anatomicum in quattuor partes dividitur. Prima pars de ossibus tractat, secunda de musculis, tertiapars de visceribus, et quarta de partibus genitalibus. Veslingius non solum corporis humani structuram et functionem explicat, sed etiam morbos et morborum causas investigat. Hoc opus Veslingii multos medicos et anatomistas adhuc adjuvit, nam in eo multa novi et utilia inveniuntur. Veslingius est inter primos, qui methodum anatomicam accuratam et systematicam instituit, et in hoc opere suam methodum perspicue demonstrat.
