Der Band IG XV umfasst die griechischen Inschriften der Insel Zypern, deren Zahl etwa auf 5.000 geschätzt wird. Knapp ein Drittel sind im sog. Kyprischen Syllabar geschrieben, das vom 8. - 4. Jh. v.Chr. in Gebrauch war. Diese Inschriften werden im ersten Teil (IG XV 1), die Alphabetinschriften im zweiten Teil (XV 2) des Corpus ediert; es sind jeweils mehrere Faszikel geplant.
Der Faszikel IG XV 1, 1 enthält die in epichorischer Schrift verfassten Inschriften aus den Stadtgebieten von Amathous, Kourion und Marion an der Süd- und Westküste Zyperns sowie die eteokyprischen Inschriften und einige Bilinguen. Aufgenommen wurden alle Inschriften auf Stein, Keramik, Metall und auf Münzen. Soweit erhalten, sind sie in Zeichnung und Foto dokumentiert. Zahlreiche Abklatsche heute verlorener Inschriften konnten in der Universtätsbibliothek Strassbourg wiederentdeckt werden. Die 410 Inschriften werden durch Indices vollständig erschlossen.
Der erste Faszikel des Corpus der Alphabetinschriften (IG XV 2, 1) wird 2020 erscheinen.
