When Silas purchases his new home in an isolated cut-de-sac, the residents living in the other three homes didn't approve of his sexual orientation. What those residents didn't know was...he is a serial killer. His neighbors were unable to accept his lifestyle, so simultaneously the other three homes went up for sale.
One by one, Zayn, Jaxon and Evander would move into those homes. Zayn and Jaxon became immediate friends with Silas, whereas Evander - being the youngest - was more apprehensive about the others. One thing they weren't aware of when the four homeowners first met, was the fact that they all had one thing in common...they were all serial killers.
Eventually, they share their secrets with each other and three out of the four bond over their extracurricular activities. When the four men are discussing their next victims, Evander decides that Silas is being ridiculous about his ritual and leaves the group.
Silas heads out to pick up his next victim, just to find out that someone had beat him to the kill. When he figures out that one of his neighbors is the one who betrayed him, he plans to retaliate with the other two and the repercussions attract the wrong attention. Can these killers be stopped, or is everyone at risk of becoming a victim?
