This is the first in a series. Originally the idea was a single volume but as time went on more and more ideas arose making it (I hope) more interesting to the reader. Consequently the need arose to make it into more than one volume. How many depends. Book 1 begins when Kevin is employed by his father aboard the family scallop dredger. In a case of mistaken identity a drug dealer boards the boat in the hope of stopping the theft of his product - cocaine. Kevin's brother Keith is brutally shot but Kevin in a fit of rage taking no account of danger turns the tables and extracts blood money from the drug lord for that is what the gangster really is. To hide the fact he's been bribed to let the man go he and the boat's mechanic give an interview to a newspaper giving an account of the shooting and what he thought the relative worth of the gangster. The amount so huge, excites the greed of MI5, DEA and their agents who decide to try for the loot themselves cutting out their governments.
