Esther also treasures the over 20 years she spent serving in ministry with her husband, Evangelist Richard E. Barnes Sr. as a program specialist in the Church of Christ at McGuffey Rd in Youngstown OH, A role that enabled her to help guide the holistic development of both women and children through faith-based programming she helped provide. Esther Founded Hadassah's Voice, LLC in 2022, a business that inspires children and women through the art of storytelling to become the best version of themselves.
