Joan: Sunshine and Shadows

This chapter book is the second in the Joan Murray Series. Joan's adventures continue into the later 1930s when the worst of the Great Depression that affected many countries of the world was fading, but the possibility of war was casting a shadow. Joan continues to live with her sister and parents in Black Rock, Victoria, Australia, with special fun times away at the family holiday house in Rosebud, on the Mornington Peninsula.
