ଏଥିରେ ଅଛି କିଛି ସ୍ମୃତି, କିଛି ସ୍ୱୀକାରୋକ୍ତି, ଅଛି କିଛି ସ୍ୱପ୍ନ କିଛି ସଂଘର୍ଷର ଅନ୍ତରଂଗ ଗାଥା ।
ମଧ୍ୟବିତ୍ତ ସାଧାରଣ ମଣିଷଟିଏ ମୁଁ । ମୋର ଅଭିଜ୍ଞତା, ଅନୁଭୂତି ମୋର । କେବଳ ମୋର, ଏକାନ୍ତ ନିଜର । ସେ ସବୁକୁ ନେଇ ଆତ୍ମଜୀବନୀଟିଏ ଲେଖିବା କ'ଣ ନିହାତି ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ।

ଅଛି କେବଳ ମୋ ଜୀବନ ଜାହ୍ନବୀର ସଜଳ ସ୍ମୃତିର ଟୋପାଏ ଲୁହ, ଚେନାଏ ହସ ।
ମୁଁ ଅଛି ଏ ସବୁରେ
ଚେତନାର ଏଇ ଅଭିଯାତ୍ରାରେ
ଶୁଣୁଛି ପିଛିଲା ଦିନର ପାଦଶବ୍ଦ
ନିରବଧି କାଳ ଭିତରୁ ।
