In this book and the ones to come, I'll telly ou about my wonderful experiences with horses. I'm over 60 years old now, and I'm excited to share my adventures with you! I first met horses when I was 10, and just like Kim, I learned everything on a farm. Some of the work was hard, like loading hay and straw, and cleaning the stables, but these experiences enriched my life!

When I was 15, I got my very own horse because my parents saw how important spending time with horses was to me. Later in life, I ran a holiday and riding stable on the island of Fehmarn and developed the Pony-Führerschein(R) (Pony License(R)) program. You can learn so a lot about ponys on farms all across Germany and Austria that use my special concept!

My love for horses and for you, dear children, inspired me to write this little book.
