Stressed out. Burnt out. I was stuck in a loop that seemed to be repeating in my life. I felt domesticated in my thoughts, my life and my choices. At every turn of life I had been met with creative limitations, self imposed or otherwise. Did I really come to this Earth to live out this boring routine? I severely lacked inspiration and drive. I was so burnt out that I didn't care for those either. One morning I woke up and I was done. A series of repetitive issues in a high stress job just broke me. I stopped caring. I didn't want this anymore. I didn't want the life that looked so great to everyone from a distance but carried so much unhappiness for me. Thankfully I was at a job that supported stress leave which I was able to avail. As I removed myself from the daily grind, I experienced something unexpected: an identity crisis. What had been my identity my whole life no longer fit. I didn't know who I was and what role I played anymore. While I was working, I had a role assignment. I was defined by my job, my education, my gender and my cultural background. Once I removed these from the picture, Who was I? Where do I start? What path have I not traveled before? This book takes you through this journey within myself, as I searched for the answers to these questions through my lens of spirituality. I created a Consciousness Framework as a map for the ride.
