Mr. Speaker: The House accedes to the request of the Senate for a committee of conference relative to House amendments to Senate resolution relative to rescinding a part of the resolution prohibiting the introduction of bills, and Messrs. Curry, Abernethy and Barnes have been appointed on the part of the House upon said committee. Attest: A. H. Lewis, Clerk. Messrs. Quinby, Eckley and Perkins were appointed on the committee of conference on the part of the Senate, relative to Senate resolution relative to rescinding a part of the resolution prohibiting the introduction of bills. Message from the House of Representatives. Mr. Speaker: The House has passed the following bill, with amendments: S. No. 95; For levying taxes on all property in this State according to its true value. Attest: A. H. Lewis, Clerk. On motion of Mr. Kelley, Senate bill No. 95; For levying taxes on all property in this State according to its true value, with the amendments of the House thereto, was referred to the committee on Finance. Mr. Martin of Fayette moved that said Finance committee have leave of absence from the Senate, to consider and prepare a report on said bill; which was agreed to.
