Is the end near for this world? The entertainment industry gives all kinds of movies showing how it will be when the WORLD COMES TO AN END. With their movies of a worldwide plague or maybe some global catastrophe happening, at least for those who have no idea or knowledge of what it will be like; the entertainment industry does not give the true picture or say what the true outcome will be.
For the Christian, and those who are asking the questions, in this book I take you through the book of Revelation proving that the end of this world will be anything but dreadful for the Christian. In fact, it should be something that every Christian should look forward to and encourage each of us to be ever mindful that the END IS NEAR and to be ever helping family, friends, and co-workers with the question - - are you ready to meet God? Why? Because God has told us the world will end. He has assured us that the end of this age will mark the beginning of a new and wonderful world and a glorious beginning where each of those born again, those who have trusted Christ as their personal Savior, will one day serve and worship our Lord Jesus in sinless perfection and where our eternal hope, as believers, is tied to the end of this world.
I have tried, in these series of messages, through the wonderful book of Revelation to show just how close this world is seeing the second coming of Christ. Not only is Revelation the inspired Word of God, but it is also the only New Testament book that includes a promised spiritual blessing for those who study and apply its message. As such, it is an essential part of every Christian's devotional life. Those who ignore Revelation deprive themselves of a rich treasure of divine truth, and the promised blessings that come from understanding that truth.
It is my hope that it will give the reader a new conception of Christ and a new understanding of what it means to be working for our Savior while there is time to warn the lost to come to Jesus.
