Death took me to a very dark place of solitude and challenged the very existence of my worth, as I sat on our bed distraught, weeping and weakened in a lowly state of mind; a thought jumped in my head expeditiously: Why don't you get the shotgun and kill yourself, it's already loaded; what do you have to live for anyway? I glanced at the shotgun pondering the thought seeking instant relief from the agony which was literally eating me up inside; grief and the sudden loss of my spouse were overtly visible in every area of my life and our home. The emptiness and the loneliness I was living with were excruciating, to say the least. I was devastated and overwhelmed by the circumstances and situations which surrounded this death. I had let my guard down. I am open and honest in describing how death affected me. In this book, I share mini miracles that God allowed to manifest in my life. I share songs of encouragement and testimonies of being obedient to his will. God has directed me every step of the way. To God be all the glory, always.
