From across the globe, Katerina (Katie) DiMaggio comes from Tuscany, Italy, and meets Charles (Charlie) Cunningham from Napa, California. Their worlds collide, and they form a bond that makes them inseparable. What could possibly keep two young children who are friends apart? They will experience the pains and trials of life and tragedy. Katie's parents keep telling her she is not good enough for Charlie. God shows up in their lives, and they begin to grow.
