It's Your Distraction is a collection of works named after the blog they were published on. This collection contains poems, short stories, and oddities I wrote from ages 18-20. Works that detail a wide variety of familiar human emotions such as love, loss, depression, anger, desperation, hope, despair, etc. This collection was originally intended to span the last decade works, but I soon realized these were important years that helped me become the writer I am today. So, this is the second entry in a series. This project was originally intended as a way to assemble all my writing in a neat package so that when I'm old and grey I can reminisce and do other things old people do. In that, I thought this would be a great format to share my works over the years, and as I assemble future collections, see how I've progressed as a writer (if at all.)
