Il libro svela il ruolo di laboratori dell'orrore come l'Allan Memorial Institute di Montreal, dove il dottor Donald Ewen Cameron mise in atto tecniche di psychic driving e tentativi di cancellazione della memoria su pazienti psichiatrici. Scoprirete il coinvolgimento scioccante di università complici come Harvard, Stanford e Johns Hopkins, che tramite contratti e fondazioni di copertura divennero parte integrante di MK-ULTRA, con figure come Timothy Leary che si muovevano ai margini di questi esperimenti.
