Nella prima parte analizza i sintomi della decadenza occidentale, dall'odio per la patria alla crisi demografica, dal crollo della famiglia alla guerra contro il maschile e il femminile, dal woke al politicamente corretto, fino al tifo per chi vuole distruggerci e alla simpatia strutturale per l'islam radicale che porta l'Occidente a convertirsi al proprio nemico. Nella seconda parte risale all'origine del problema, un percorso di storia della cultura che parte da antiche eresie gnostiche, attraversa la Riforma protestante, Milton, Byron, Baudelaire, l'occultismo ottocentesco, le avanguardie artistiche, il Sessantotto di Marcuse, fino a scoprire l'archetipo satanico nascosto che guida secoli di autodistruzione culturale. Nella terza parte propone la cura, un percorso di guarigione individuale e collettivo fatto di verità , bellezza, silenzio, e scelte politiche concrete su scuola, famiglia, natalità , difesa dell'identità e resistenza all'islamizzazione.
Il Morbo è un saggio di critica culturale che si legge come un romanzo. È un viaggio attraverso storia, arte, filosofia, teologia e psicologia dell'Occidente, scritto con la precisione del ricercatore e il ritmo del poeta.
